We not only offer you a choice of four excellent tiered service plans, but we at Computer Services 24 offer you the opportunity to fine tune any one of our plans to suit your business needs. If you feel that none of the contracts suit your particular needs we will be happy to tailor a contract specifically for you.  Alternatively we can support all your business needs on a hourly rate basis.

Our standard hourly rate is  £45.00 per hour.

Flexible payment

By purchasing a block of hours in advance through our flexible payment model you can make substantial savings.  If you require more than 16 hours please contact us and we will be happy to quote for the package you need.  Our support hours carry no service level or response time to problems - if you require this type of service please contact us about our contract options. 

• 8 hours - £300, additional hours charged at £70.00
• 16 hours - £600, additional hours charged at £65.00

Our platinum service plan consists of the following advantages:

• Unlimited telephone support,
• Same day (8 working hour) response in the event of a breakdown,
• 24/7 365 Onsite Service,
• Remote server management,
• 12 x 4 Hours Scheduled Maintenance,
• FREE Tuition for Windows and computer use.

This service plan as it is above is £3000.00 per Annum.

Our gold service plan consists of the following advantages:

• Unlimited telephone support,
• 24 Hours On-site consultation,
• Same day (8 working hour) response in the event of a breakdown,
• Remote server management,
• 6 x 4 Hours Scheduled Maintenanct,
• FREE Tuition for Windows and computer use.

This service plan as it is above is £1750.00 per Annum.

Our silver service plan consists of the following advantages:

• Unlimited telephone support
• 16 Hours On-site consultation.
• Same day (8 working hour) response in the event of a breakdown
• 6 x 4 Hours Scheduled Maintenance

This service plan as it is above is £1250.00 per Annum.

Our bronze service plan consist of the following advantages:

• Unlimited telephone support,
• 12 Hours On-site consultation,
• 16 Working Hour Response Time.
